Our Athletic Training team believes in a comprehensive “Continuum of Care” approach in providing the highest quality of care and service to student athletes. Our team consists of a Medical Director (supervising physician), Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Certified Athletic Trainers, Exercise Physiologists, Performance Enhancement Specialists, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and Personal Trainers.
We aim to provide school districts with comprehensive Athletic Training services that utilize this wide spectrum of knowledge to incorporate programs designed to reduce the risk of athletic injuries and improve athletic performance. It is our goal to provide student athletes with the highest quality of care, utilizing resources which are exclusive to ProCare, in an effort to accelerate the athlete’s return to competition.
Since 2001, ProCare has been a growing provider for Athletic Training services in the Bedford, Blair, Cambria, and Huntingdon County areas. ProCare’s Athletic Training proposals provide the school districts to which we serve the most responsible and competitive athletic training service without compromising quality and without shifting cost to the injury side of athletes. As part of the provisions of this service, the athletic department has a legal and ethical obligation to ensure a high degree of health care to all its athletes.
