This beautiful fitness facility contains 58,000 square feet of exercise space equipped with the latest in Nautilus exercise machines, Precor and Stairmaster cardio equipment, free weights and Cardio Theatre Audio. The equipment is surrounded by an indoor track with an upper and lower deck and multiple group exercise and private training rooms.

2bFIT Training Challenge is an 8-week program intended for people of ALL fitness levels. 2bFIT offers a combination of cardiorespiratory fitness, overall strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, and body composition/weight.
Choose from three different programs based on your goals: 2bLEAN, 2bSTRONG or 2bWELL.

This isn't your every day spinning class. The handle bars on an X-Bike swivel from side to side to help give the most realistic cycling/mountain biking experience you'll ever get with an indoor bike. Along with regular scheduled weekly classes, join us for specialty rides including Tour D’ X-Bike, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Polar Express Christmas Ride, and ProCare Turns Pink Rides.
