She attended Mt. Aloysius’ C.O.T.A .program graduating in 1973. Sixteen years later, she attended College Misericordia to obtain a B.S. in Occupational Therapy.
While employed at Western Psychiatric Hospital in Pittsburgh, she met fellow employee and future husband, Stephen. The couple have resided in Slippery Rock, Emporium, Harrisburg, Wilkes Barre area and finally to Tyrone.
Shelley and Stephen are active in Tyrone Area Community Organization, outdoor activities (they have traveled throughout most of the United States) and church life. They are enjoying a new puppy in their family—Keesa.
